Teamphoria is employee engagement software that builds and measures an engaged workforce and company culture. Launched in 2014 as a primarily desktop-based experience, the company was facing pressure from clients and competitors to develop a native mobile app that could provide features like push notifications and SSO. The goal was to create a useful mobile app with a streamlined feature set, as well as updating the app's look and feel.

Initial market research indicated a need to focus on engagement and knowledge share. A competitive matrix and brand audit helped leadership to align and refocus on their core audience.
